Warwickshire Wedding Photographer
Hello. I'm Jemma!
Let me tell you a bit about me. I'll almost always have a pair of sunglasses on, be wearing converse and have my hair in a messy bun on the top of my head. But, i’ve also had a passion for photography for as long as I can remember, I was always that girl with a camera in her hand, and now I feel so lucky that I get to share that passion with so many lovely people, creating lasting memories along the way.
Over time, I’ve found that my niche has naturally become working with people who “hate” having their photos taken. You know the type – camera-shy, not “photo people,” the ones who feel awkward in front of the lens. And honestly, I love that :) There’s something so rewarding about helping someone feel comfortable, relaxed, and like themselves. By the time we’ve had a little walk and talk, I click my camera button and the nerves start to melt away, and the photos end up looking natural, effortless, and timeless.
What I also love is the connections and friendships I build with my clients along the way. It’s never just about turning up and snapping a few photos – for me it’s about making you feel at ease, having a laugh, and making the whole experience enjoyable. Those genuine connections shine through in the photos, and I think that’s what makes them feel so real.
My style has always been candid and natural. Capturing those little in-between moments that you, as the couple, may not even notice on your wedding day, is one of my favourite things. I truly believe the most beautiful photos aren’t staged or forced, they’re the ones that happen in real time, full of genuine feeling. Those are the photos you’ll look back on years from now and be instantly transported to how you felt in that very moment.
So, what moments do I capture? Like many photographers, I adore weddings – there’s just nothing better than watching two people completely and utterly in love share that with the world. The fact that I get to be part of that day honestly makes my heart feel so full.
But it’s not just weddings I love. Family and portrait sessions are just as special to me. With 13+ years of experience working with children in primary schools, family shoots are firm favourites. Children grow up and change so quickly, so being able to capture those precious little moments for you to hold onto for a bit longer is a must.
Now it's your turn. I'd love to find out more about you, your story and how I can help you to create some gorgeous, timeless moments for you to show off to everyone.
